Plain words, so you know exactly what happens after you order.
Shipping
We deliver anywhere in India. Orders are packed by Dr. Madhusudan's clinic team and dispatched by courier, usually within 2 working days of payment.
Delivery anywhere in India usually takes 4 to 5 days and is free. You get a call or WhatsApp message from the team to confirm your address before dispatch.
Every parcel goes out in plain packaging. Nothing on the box says what is inside.
We can send orders outside India as well. The time and the delivery cost depend on the country, so the team will confirm both with you before anything is dispatched.
If you chose to pay part now and the rest on delivery, the balance is collected by the courier when the parcel reaches you.
Returns and refunds
These are Ayurvedic medicines. For health and safety reasons, a medicine cannot be returned or exchanged once it has been dispatched, unless it arrived damaged, tampered with, or is not what you ordered.
- If your parcel arrives damaged, tampered with, or with the wrong item, tell us within 48 hours of delivery on +91 78270 59195 with a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full.
- If a payment went through but no order was created, or you were charged twice, tell us and the extra amount is refunded to the same account within 7 working days.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method through PhonePe.
To cancel an order, call or WhatsApp us before it is dispatched. Once a parcel has left, it cannot be cancelled.
Privacy
We collect your name, phone number, email and delivery address only to deliver your order and to reach you about it. Nothing you buy is shared with anyone outside the clinic team and the courier who delivers it.
Payments are handled by PhonePe on PhonePe's own secure pages. We never see or store your card, bank or UPI details.
With your consent, the clinic team may call you before your course runs out so you can reorder in time. Tell us on the phone if you do not want these calls.
To have your details removed, email delhiclinic2014@gmail.com from the same email address you ordered with.
Terms
This shop is run by Samayra Healthcare Private Limited, Basement, N 16 Kalkaji Extension, Shop No. 2, New Delhi 110019, the maker of the Gandiva range prescribed by Dr. Madhusudan.
- All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST.
- You must be 18 or older to buy from this shop.
- These products are Ayurvedic proprietary medicines. They are not a substitute for a doctor's advice. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on other medication, or have a medical condition, consult a doctor before use.
- An order is confirmed only when payment is received and the clinic team has spoken to you or messaged you to confirm.
- Any dispute is subject to the courts of New Delhi.
